What is the turnaround? Choose the delivery speed that fits your deadline. Same Day ($29) orders go to the front of the line and are delivered the same business day. Next Business Day ($19) orders are delivered by the end of the next business day. The clock starts once your order is complete (aerial image uploaded and payment received). Same Day orders completed after 1:00 pm PST, on a weekend or on a holiday are delivered first thing the next business morning. Every tier includes up to 50 logos; if your aerial needs more, we’ll ask you to approve a $10 overage fee before we proceed. Revision requests may require additional time.
What is the Same Day cutoff time? 1:00 pm PST. Same Day orders completed (aerial image uploaded and payment received) by 1:00 pm PST on a business day are delivered that same day. Orders completed after 1:00 pm PST, on a weekend or on a holiday are delivered first thing the next business morning.
How fast is it? As fast as you need. AI handles the research and layout, and a designer reviews every aerial before it's sent. Choose Same Day ($29) to go to the front of the line, or Next Business Day ($19). Which businesses do you label? National and regional retailers, restaurants, banks, hotels, fitness, fuel and service brands, plus notable local businesses and landmarks, each pointed to its actual location.
What if my market is busier than I expected? Every tier includes up to 50 logos. If we find your aerial needs more, we'll email you before doing any extra work and ask you to approve a $10 overage fee. You can approve it or have us keep the top 50 brands.
Can I request changes? One round of revisions is included, such as adding a tenant, removing a brand or moving a label. Reply to your delivery email within 7 days.
My company doesn't allow certain logos. What should I do? List those brands under Logo restrictions when you order. We'll label those locations with the business name in plain text instead of the logo. We can't know every firm's policy, so it's up to you to tell us which brands to avoid.
What files do I get? Every order includes a flattened PDF, ready to share, print or drop into an offering memorandum. For $5 you can add an editable IDML file, which opens in Adobe InDesign with layers, live text and linked logos, so you can move labels or retype names yourself. IDML orders arrive as a zipped folder; keep the Links folder next to the .idml file.
What kind of image can I upload? Any aerial or oblique photo you own or have the rights to use, such as a drone shot or aerial photography. Include the subject address and we'll confirm before starting.
Terms
Imagery is supplied by you, and you confirm you have the right to use it; any attribution its source requires stays on the image. Logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown for location reference only. You're responsible for telling us about any restrictions on which logos you may use; we'll use plain text for any brand you list. Tenant information is researched from public sources at the time of the order and may change; please verify before publishing.
